Exchange Policy for Garments

At Ambre2, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer exchanges for garments that are unused, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and have their original tags intact. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery for a different size. Once our quality check is passed, our team will notify you if the product is eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

We at Ambre2 are pleased to offer returns for products that are defective. You can return these products for store credit or an exchange note within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Important Notes

- No exchange/return on discounted items.
- We are not liable for any returns/exchanges not notified within 7 days from receiving the parcel.
- The initial shipping cost is non-refundable/non-adjustable.
- The shipping cost for the exchange/return is to be borne by the customer.
- Exchange or return processing takes 10-12 business days from the receipt of your original product.
- Gift Cards are issued once. Subsequent gift cards cannot be issued for the same order.
